Early on, I knew my life's work would focus on health and fitness. In college my major was Kinesiology, the study of muscles and their movements, and it was during those years that I got My start in fitness and began teaching group exercise classes. I had taken dance classes since I was 3 years old so the transition was fun. Soon after, I graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals. It Was then that I began my transition into personal training. I found one – on – one training exceptionally rewarding as I could see the impact I was having with each client. I enjoyed being a contribution to others fitness and watching them improve and transform their lives

In 2001 I moved to Los Angeles with the desire to train in a larger market with clients interested in even higher levels of fitness. I became an Advantage Trainer at The Sports Club LA in West LA and SCLA Beverly Hills. An Advantage Trainer specializes in posture and spinal alignment and is the highest level trainer. Later I became the Prenatal/Postnatal Master Trainer and a Muscular Imbalance Specialist.

While working at the SCLA clubs, I began building an in-home clientele base where I could train clients one – on – one in the privacy of their own homes. Eventually into 2005 I left the club setting to pursue my own business of training elite and celebrity clientele, including Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Moby, in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area.

In addition to my Personal Training work over the last 10 years, I have published articles in Muscle and Fitness, Muscle and Fitness Hers, Elegant Bride Magazine, and Reveal magazine. As a trainer I have been mentioned in various other magazines and websites for my fitness expertise and as a celebrity trainer. These have included: New York Daily News, More Magazine.Co.Uk, Brides.com, ifitandhealthy.com, Star Magazine and numerous tabloids. I also participated in an informercial for an Ab Machine called "Aussie Abs."

Today I enjoy training clentele one-on-one and in small groups. My training regimen can take place in the privacy of a client's own home, at near by parks, running throughout the neighborhood or even at UCLA Campus! My personal training specialties are weight loss, pre/post natal fitness, postural alignment, strength training, bridal fitness, core training, flexibility, balance training, and older adult fitness.
